New Blog : Dummies and Death Rays

Not content with a new baby and the lack of sleep that comes with it, I’ve been playing around with blogger and have thrown together another blog called Dummies and Death Rays. MY plan was to review some books I like, and maybe post some relevant news but I might take it further and see how it goes. I guess it depends on how much sleep I get.

Not sure what I’m going to do with this site yet, maybe a change of direction.

Theme Change (Again)

OK so I’m back with the old Prosense theme now I’ve had time to play around with the CSS. I prefer the simplicity of this theme and I’ve now found a way to throw different stylesheets to *cough* Internet Explorer so that I can ~~fix their bugs~~ make my site display correctly.

I may write a short tutorial on how this can be achieved as it’s a pretty useful technique.

Thanks to my mate Dan for pointing me towards Pink Tentacle, a nice little tech blog with just the right strange mix of subjects that I like to read.

I’m particularly liking the cthulu-esque picture of octopi hung out to dry.
