Free Album : Worm Food – Ruth Theodore

I’ve been listening to this album for a while now but I’ve never got round to mentioning it.

I found it a while back whilst I was hunting around for some singer/songwriter type stuff to listen to and this one caught my attention almost immediately. Great songwriting, some great guitar work and a really unique sound. I can see it might not be to everyone’s taste but my rather eclectic tastes give this one a thumbs up.

Head over to Jamendo if you want to download it.

Debut album from Ruth Theodore. 13 tracks of beautifully twisted, political and personal mayhem.

“I assure you this is the real thing” – Sleeping With The NME

“Ruth’s ability to paint vivid pictures in your imagination is unparalleled in contemporary mainstream music.” – God Is In The TV

“Gorgeous. Words lack the power to describe this – just make sure you hear it!” – Is This Music?

“What we have here is an outrageously talented singer-songwriter” – Louder Than War

” …there’s a snappy sharpness to Ruth Theodore’s vocal delivery… Theodore skillfully plays with rhythm, pronunciation and phrasing… it’s very refreshing.” – The Fugitive Motel
