Free BBC Science Fiction Radio Drama - Journey Into Space
Another fine old science fiction radio drama from the BBC over at the internet archive.
Set in the far flung future of 1965! this is classic 50s radio science fiction at it’s best. I love the innocence, paranoia and sheer hope and enthusiasm in future technology that can be found in 50s science fiction.
You can find the original series here, or actually the rerecording of the original series (which was wiped by the BBC as they liked to do at the time) which was recorded a few years later. Plus all the follow ups that were recorded years after the first series aired.
