The BBC iPlayer has now been relaunched with a new Flash based website although without much fanfare it has to be said.
This service allows you to watch a selection of BBC programmes from the last 7 days much like the BBC Radio Listen Again service which has been around for some time.

Time to get addicted to something other than crack!
Picross or Nonograms are logic puzzles based on a grid in a similar way to Sudoku. The squares of the grid are either filled in or left blank and you decide which squares to fill in or leave blank by using the number clues provided for you. [...]

I’ve just got round to listening to this Librivox reading of ‘Plague Ship’ by Andre Norton. The book is very well read by Mark Nelson, the quality of some of the Librivox readings now easily match that of commercial audiobook releases.
The story is very much of its time but that’s no bad thing. It’s cracking, [...]

This is utterly pointless yet strangely compelling…create your favourite Star Wars characters and ships using the medium of origami.
As the site says:
Why combine Star Wars and paperfolding? Why not? I like ‘em both, and let’s face it, so do you. That’s why you clicked that link.
Having looked at some of the instructions however [...]
