Puking
Sophie decided to vomit pretty much everything in her stomach today 
Although I can handle most of the messy side of parenting, there is still something quite horrible about cleaning up sick, maybe something to do with the smell.
Doesn’t seem to be any sign of it stopping so it’s not been a pleasant day and I think we will be missing swimming on thursday.
